Dirhouse ("we", "us", or "our") operates dirhouse.com — a product site for the Dirhouse directory software license, Done-For-You setup, optional monthly care, and affiliate program. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

From buyers and operators: name, email, billing details processed by Stripe, and any notes you send in intake or support forms.

From affiliates: name, email, PayPal email, and optional promotion notes when you apply.

Automatically: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) and affiliate referral cookies when you arrive via a ?ref= link. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on dirhouse.com.

• Fulfilling license purchases and delivering repository or zip access
• Running Done-For-You setup and optional monthly care
• Paying affiliate commissions
• Sending transactional email (receipts, onboarding, support replies)
• Improving the product and preventing abuse

We share data with providers only as needed to operate Dirhouse:

• Stripe — payment processing (we never store full card numbers)
• Hosting & database — Vercel / Supabase for the site and records
• Email — Resend for receipts and support mail

We do not sell your personal data.

Purchase and affiliate records are kept for accounting and support. You may request deletion of personal data that is not required for legal or tax retention by emailing us.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and opt out of non-essential messages. Email support@dirhouse.com.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled by Stripe. Access to buyer and affiliate records is limited to people who need it to fulfill orders and support.
