Terms of Service

By accessing dirhouse.com or purchasing a Dirhouse product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a license.

Dirhouse sells commercial software licenses for a white-label local directory stack, optional Done-For-You setup, and optional monthly care. AmpAlly.com is a separate live demo niche directory; it is not the Dirhouse product storefront.

Solo License — deploy on one production domain. You may modify the code for that deployment. You may not redistribute the source or grant others a copy of the repository.

Agency License — unlimited domains for your own or client projects, white-label rights, and the support terms stated at purchase. Resale of the source code itself is not allowed.

Full license terms shipped with the product (LICENSE.md) control if they conflict with this summary.

License sales are final once repository or zip access is granted. Because you receive the source immediately (or within the stated fulfillment window), we do not offer refunds after access. If you follow SETUP.md and cannot get a basic deploy live on Vercel + Supabase, email support and we will help you finish that setup (Deployment Guarantee). Custom feature work is not included unless purchased separately.

Done-For-You is a one-time setup on accounts you own (for example Vercel and Supabase). Scope is branding, niche/city/service config, Stripe connection, and going live on your domain as described at checkout.

Monthly Care is optional, billed monthly, cancelable with 30 days' notice. It covers upkeep, dependency updates, SSL/domain checks, small config tweaks, and email support — not new feature builds unless agreed in writing.

Affiliates earn the commission rate stated when they join (currently 30% on Solo, Agency, and Done-For-You). Monthly Care is not commissionable in v1. Fraudulent or self-referral traffic may void commissions. Payouts follow the schedule in your affiliate dashboard email.

• Do not redistribute or resell the Dirhouse source as a competing template
• Do not abuse checkout, coupons, or affiliate tracking
• Do not use Dirhouse to operate illegal or deceptive directories

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirhouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Dirhouse in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of dirhouse.com after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid products will be communicated by email when we have your address on file.
